During my recent stay at the Shakespeare Hotel, I experienced excellent customer service. The receptionist were really good too assist us when we were struggling with our luggage, even though it was not his responsibility. another receptionist was polite and friendly, ensuring that our request for extra pillows was fulfilled promptly. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with many amenities and transportation options nearby. I had a positive experience and would recommend this hotel.
