During my recent stay at the Shakespeare Hotel, I experienced excellent customer service. The receptionist went above and beyond to assist us when we were struggling with our luggage, even though it was not his responsibility. Additionally, another receptionist was extremely polite and friendly, ensuring that our request for extra pillows was fulfilled promptly. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with many amenities and transportation options nearby. I had a positive experience and would recommend this hotel.

Compact, clean ensuite room. Fresh towels and good shower. Fridge and kettle in room. Good signal on TV. Self-service continental breakfast, abundant supply. Friendly and helpful staff. High standard of cleanliness. Convenient location near Paddington station.
